Products & pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to display products, specifications and pricing accurately, but errors happen — we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel and refund any order affected by an error. Promotional pricing (including multi-kit bundle discounts) applies automatically at checkout while the promotion runs and can change or end without notice.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where stock has run out, or where a pricing error occurred — in each case you'll be refunded in full.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in — through our website signup, at checkout, or by texting us — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from LumoLux at the number provided, including cart reminders, offers, product news, and order and shipping updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a single confirmation and we will stop texting that number. For help, reply HELP, email support@lumolux.store, or text/call (762) 316-6811.
Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, the 30-day money-back guarantee and the 6-month replacement warranty are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.
Safe use
LumoLux kits are low-voltage LED lighting accessories powered by your own 18V/20V tool batteries. Install and use them per the included instructions. Batteries are not included; use batteries and chargers per their manufacturer's guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumoLux is not liable for damage caused by misuse, modification, or installation contrary to the instructions.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, video, branding — belongs to LumoLux and can't be reused without permission. Milwaukee®, DeWalt® and Makita® are trademarks of their respective owners; LumoLux is not affiliated with or endorsed by them — our products are simply compatible with their battery platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to your order at the time you place it.
