Every LumoLux kit is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 6-month replacement warranty. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee
Run the kit on your own truck for up to 30 days from delivery. If it doesn't earn its spot — wrong fit, changed your mind, just not for you — send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Start the return within 30 days of delivery.
- The kit needs to come back in the condition you received it, with all parts and packaging.
- Return shipping is at your cost; we refund the full purchase price once the kit arrives back with us.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
6-month replacement warranty
If a kit fails in normal use within 6 months of delivery, we replace it free. Text or email us a photo or short video of the fault along with your order number and we'll get a replacement moving — usually the same day.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos of the item and the outer box within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
